Insight Inishowen Annual General Meeting
Wednesday 6 November 7.30pm at The Exchange, Castle 
Avenue, Buncrana.

Join us for our Annual General meeting as Insight Inishowen celebrates 10 years working to prevent suicide across Inishowen. Find out about up-coming training courses and events. Join the ASIST network to provide support for people in crisis. Be part of our team of volunteers throughout the year or for Feel Good Fortnight. Or simply show your support for the work that takes place through our counselling service and much more!  ALL WELCOME.

Supporting Those Bereaved by Suicide (Community Information Evening)
Thursday 14 November 7 - 9pm at The Exchange, Castle Avenue, Buncrana
An open event providing information and training to help support those bereaved by suicide.  The session aims:
  • To develop participants knowledge and understanding of the grieving process
  • To enhance participants skills in supporting people bereaved by suicide
Free admission.  All welcome.  Refreshments provided.

Support Those Bereaved by Suicide (Full-Day Workshop)
Thursday 5 December 9.30am - 5pm at The Exchange, Castle Avenue, Buncrana.
Training for counsellors, GPs, Nurses, Social Workers and others who come directly into contact with people bereaved by suicide. This in-depth session aims:
  • To develop participants knowledge and understanding of the grieving process
  • To enhance participants skills in supporting people bereaved by suicide
