It also includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (the location of the computer on the internet), details of pages visited on our websites and files downloaded.

Information is stored on our Gmail database which is password protected and held on secure servers accessible only by authorised personnel who adhere to this policy. Our computers are password protected and kept in a locked office.
Paper files are kept in a locked filing cabinet in our locked office and only key staff have access to this information.
Sensitive information (from counselling) is even further restricted by being kept in a separate locked filing cabinet inside the Counselling Room, which is kept locked and requires a code for entry. Only our counsellors have access to the filing cabinet and only counsellors and staff have access to the counselling room.
How do we use the information about you?
We use the information that we hold concerning you in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation. We use this information to administer our relationship with you and to provide you with information about our activities.

Our website provider (Weebly) uses cookies to enhance your experience of our website, to increase website performance, to identify how the website is being used/where improvements can be made. Using cookies allows us to store limited information on an individual’s computer. Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed onto your device by some websites that you visit. They are widely used to improve the performance of a website, for saving different options and to provide website owners with information on how the site is being used.
