Insight Inishowen is a team of dedicated volunteers who love our communities and want to make a difference. Many of us have lost loved ones to suicide or have experienced mental ill health either personally or supporting a family member.
Yes, we are all a wee bit crazy (pictured left we're trying our hand at Bollywood dancing!) but that's okay! We work hard and we have a lot of fun too.
Those who raise money or donate to Insight Inishowen are also a vital part of our team.
