Mental Health Supports
The uncertainty of the current situation, enforced isolation, financial worries and health concerns can all impact our mental health. At some point most people will experience feelings of fear, anxiety, helplessness or loneliness. This is normal but we can all do things to help. And if things get too much, reach out online or by phone to a friend or family member. The Samaritans phone line is always available and Insight Inishowen is working to set up a Listening Ear to supplement our normal Counselling Service - check back for details.
